Ards Borough Council wishes to appoint an Integrated Management Team (IMT) consisting of Project Manager, Cost Manager/Quantity Surveyor and CDM Co-ordinator to provide professional services in relation to the construction of a new leisure facility at Dairy Hall, Newtownards.
