The Municipality of Copenhagen (KK) at the Children's and Youth Administration (BUF) wants to use this tender process to procure a competence boost in the form of competence courses for professional managers, educators, who act as professional lighthouses in the daycare, daycare, and administrative staff who will contribute well to implementation of the enhanced educational curriculum.
The Municipality of Copenhagen (KK) at the Children's and Youth Administration (BUF) wants to use this tender process to procure a competence boost in the form of competence courses for professional managers, educators, who act as professional lighthouses in the daycare, daycare, and administrative staff who will contribute well to implementation of the enhanced educational curriculum.
The offering includes 3 main deliveries, which are of varying complexity including:
· Skills (3 x 7.5 hours learning) for managers,
· Competence courses (Learning course of 3 X 7.5 hours) for professional lighthouses and daycare providers,
· Loss of competence for management staff, including area management, cluster managers, educational managers, etc.
The competence enhancement must support staff and management in day care and day care in achieving a strengthened level of competence that can contribute to a general improvement in the quality of day care. The focus of the competence enhancement is to support the content of the strengthened educational curriculum including establishing good and safe learning environments, parenting cooperation, collaboration with other sectors such as health care, and on how to create a good evaluation culture.
The competence lift must have a practical focus. This means that there must be a focus on the fact that employees who receive a competence boost will be able to translate acquired knowledge, acting skills and other skills into their everyday lives.
The requirements for the covered services are described in detail in the requirements specification, Appendix 2, while the Contractor's requirements for the Framework Agreement terms are set out in the Framework Agreement and Appendix to the Framework Agreement.
The framework agreement is voluntarily binding on the day care services covered.
