CSC 57/52/5/22/014 - Development of Luttre station - South phase

This contract is a works contract.

The object of the contract is the execution of the works as defined by the plan (s) filed, the attached bill of quantities and the various documents of the reference market.

Track works

It includes, in main order:

- The removal of rails, tracks, switches and crossings;

- Earthworks;

- The laying of the foundation of tracks;

- The laying of rails, tracks, switches and crossings;

- The realization of aluminothermic welds;

- Stress adjustment;

- Jamming, levelling & dressing of tracks and switches and crossings

- The removal and installation of cable gutters

- Logistical services;

- Transport & evacuation of debris and various materials;

- Adaptation of the route of the tracks;

- The removal and installation of signalling equipment;

- Excavation work;

- Concreting work (with supplies);

- Various works;

signaling work

The work to be carried out relates to the external signalling and level crossing installations that Infrabel uses in a unified manner throughout the network. These are:

- signalling devices on the outside;

- 1 000 V cabinets or compartments (low voltage connection only);

- railway light signals with their cabinets or boxes;

- switchgear manoeuvres;

- distribution boxes and cabinets;

- crocodiles;

- rail contacts, axle detectors;

- complete track circuits (including rail drilling);

- the various road signs;

- a network of multi-conductor outdoor cables linking devices located in the countryside to relay rooms, cabinets and boxes;

- the installation, removal, removal or restoration of gutters and their lids;

- the laying, removal or movement of gutter or buried cables;

- the supply, installation or construction of various elements (PVC / PE pipes, cable covers, draft chambers, concrete slabs for the placement of boxes);

- the installation of cabinets, boxes or boxes, including the introduction of cables and the necessary paints;

- a fibre-optic network for the command and control of signalling installations;

- the reordering of installations and the removal of obsolete materials;

- the handling necessary for the execution of this undertaking;

- the supply and installation of various accessories (bolting and screws in stainless steel exclusively, various metal parts in hot-dip galvanized steel);

- a network of monopolar HV cables (20 kV) and LV cables (1 kV) supplying the signalling installations.

Catenary work

This contract concerns, for the catenary part:

- The realization of dice of some new catenary structures on the Charleroi side of the quays of Luttre and in the beam;

- The transfer of catenaries to the new structures;

- The demolition of catenary structures that have become obsolete following the redevelopment of Luttre station;

- The ripages of the catenaries following the ripages of the tracks;

- The abolition of catenaries to the law of existing links and the creation of new catenaries to the law of new links.

The company comprises, in main order:

- Preliminary studies, precise measurement and preparation of the work;

- Any administrative procedures;

- The realization of massifs (armor, excavations, concreting, ...);

- The installation of poles, sleepers and consoles;

- The transfer of catenaries to the new structures;

- The demolition of poles that have become useless;

- Riping, adjustments and adaptations related to track riping;

- The removal of catenaries from current links;

- The realization of new links;

- The renewal of catenaries.
