This public procurement is related to the delivery of rolling stock and charging stations aimed at sustainable and quality transport services for the small settlements within the municipality of Pleven. To achieve this goal, Trolleybus Transport EOOD – Pleven intends to purchase 7 units of low-floor solo electric buses, sized 9 m (+/- 1 m), along with additional equipment for the vehicles, including charging stations, electronic systems, and devices installed inside and outside the vehicles for the purpose of providing information and performing monitoring and diagnostics. The scope of activities also includes: provision of warranty support and service during the warranty period under the conditions specified in the documentation of this procedure; training of the contracting authority’s personnel immediately after receiving the buses – instructors for drivers - 4 (four) persons; drivers – 4 (four) persons; service workers – at least 3 (three) persons. The minimum requirements regarding the type, technical data, and characteristics of the electric buses and charging stations to be delivered by the contractor are detailed in the Technical Specification. The contract enters into force from the date of its signing. The contract term expires after the elapsing of all warranty periods and the satisfaction of all claims of the contracting authority related to the warranty liability of the contractor. The delivery period for the buses and their additional equipment, along with the delivery and installation of the charging stations, is no more than 240 calendar days from the date of receipt of the assignment letter.

Delivery of new electric buses and charging stations for them as part of the project "Integrated Urban Transport of Pleven".
The subject of the public procurement is the delivery of 7 units of low-floor solo electric buses, sized 9 m (+/- 1 m), along with additional equipment for the vehicles, including charging stations, electronic systems, and devices installed inside and outside the vehicles for the purpose of providing information and performing monitoring and diagnostics. The planned deliveries are as follows: 1. Seven (7) units of electric buses: newly produced, in serial production (unlimited series), low-floor (low-floor or low-entry), single /solo/, urban buses, with two axles, category M3, class I, meeting the requirements regarding buses, specified in Regulation (EU) 2019/2144 of the European Parliament and of the Council of November 27, 2019, or UNECE Regulation No. 107. The offered buses must have a type-approval certificate issued by a competent approval authority, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/858 of the European Parliament and of the Council of May 30, 2018, or Ministerial Decree No. 60 of April 24, 2009, on the approval of the type of new motor vehicles and their trailers. 2. Seven (7) charging stations: newly produced, in serial production (unlimited series), meeting the standards for charging electric vehicles and the requirements of Directive 2014/35/EU. The delivery of each charging station must be accompanied by an EU declaration of conformity, in which the manufacturer assumes responsibility for the compliance of the electrical equipment with the requirements set in Directive 2014/35/EU of February 26, 2014, as well as the necessary technical documentation. The charging stations must have the “CE” marking, indicating that the manufacturer takes responsibility for the conformity of their product with all applicable requirements set out in Community harmonization legislation. 3. Additional equipment for the vehicles: including electronic systems and devices installed inside and outside the vehicles for the purpose of providing information and performing monitoring and diagnostics.
