The subject of this procurement is engineering execution, including design, equipment supply, construction, and implementation of an information system for control, collection, archiving, and visualization of technological information system (SCADA) in (SEOD) Stara Zagora, including stages and activities according to the technical specification, namely: Stage 1 – Audit of the existing situation and preparation of a working project, including: 1. Study of the existing state and available technical documentation; 2. Documentation of the logic of the existing information system; 3. Definition of a cybersecurity concept for the new SCADA; 4. Preparation of a working project for the execution of the procurement; Stage 2 – Delivery of the necessary licenses, software, hardware, and related components, development software, and necessary hardware for system maintenance; Stage 3 – Development of user software and conducting factory tests; Stage 4 – Activities for installation and commissioning of the SCADA system, including: 1. Installation of all SCADA equipment; 2. Installation of necessary RTUs and protocol converters, where necessary, integration of existing PLCs that are compatible with SCADA, dismantling of equipment used by the old WPS32 information system which is taken out of service; 3. Conducting functional tests and checking the operation of the system; Stage 5 – Training of the Client's staff for usage (operational use), administration, configuration, and maintenance of the system; Stage 6 – Preparation of operational documentation; Stage 7 – Warranty maintenance and warranty period, which include: 1. Warranty maintenance of the SCADA system; 2. Warranty period for the supplied technical equipment, related to the execution of the procurement.
