1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of one brand new MEGA electric bus with a mobile charger for public transportation needs in Suwałki.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ.
3. If during the execution of the contract, after signing the agreement, legal provisions introducing new technical requirements and mandatory standards are announced, the Contractor will implement them in the vehicles before handing over the buses to the Ordering Party.
4. The scope of the contract covers, among others, all public legal burdens, costs of technical inspections, acceptance, fulfillment of obligations resulting from the provided warranty, costs of documentation, software, licenses, transport, unloading at the delivery site, insurance risks related to loss or damage of the subject of the contract until acceptance by the Ordering Party, installation of charging stations, periodic inspections, preparation of all documentation necessary for conducting UDT tests, access to the service platform, training of personnel.
5. The project titled “Sustainable urban mobility in the urban functional area of Suwałki – stage II” co-financed under the European Funds for Eastern Poland 2021-2027 program, Priority FEPW.03 Sustainable urban mobility, Activity FEWP.03.01 Sustainable urban mobility.
