1. The subject of the public procurement is the delivery of robotic equipment for the implementation of the project entitled "Modernization and Development of Oncology Care at the Provincial Integrated Hospital in Elbląg" under the National Reconstruction and Resilience Plan as part of Component D "Efficiency, Accessibility, and Quality of the Health Care System", Investment D1.1.1. "Development and modernization of the infrastructure of highly specialized care centers and other medical entities." Project number KPOD.07.02.IP.10-0016/24.
2. The detailed description (requirements regarding quantity and technical parameters/boundaries, guarantees, delivery and assembly conditions, personnel training) of the robotic system with equipment that is the subject of this procurement has been specified in the description of the subject of procurement, which constitutes Annex No. 1 to the SWZ (Package No. 1) and in Annex No. 1 to the description of the subject of procurement which consists of:

 Executive documentation - construction sector (executive project structure, Building project structure, Fig. K-5).
The contractor has the possibility to familiarize himself with the documentation and the existing state of the facility/room: All documents concerning the scope of the subject of procurement constitute annex no. 1 to the description of the subject of procurement, Package 1.
In the scope of toolkits described in Annex No. 1 to SWZ Table A Part D pos. 48, the contractor will be obliged to create a deposit warehouse on the terms described in the deposit agreement constituting Annex No. 10 to SWZ.
3. The detailed description (requirements regarding quantity and technical parameters/boundaries, guarantees, delivery and assembly conditions, personnel training) of the machine for the administration of cytostatic drugs with equipment that is the subject of this procurement has been specified in the description of the subject of procurement, which constitutes Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Package No. 2) and in Annex No. 1 to the description of the subject of procurement which consists of:

4. The presented technical parameters in individual technical specifications are absolutely required under penalty of rejection of the offer.
