The subject of the contract is the development of modern services and smart applications to improve mobility conditions in the Municipality, based on a model for the development of sustainable urban mobility and easy accessibility for all, energy savings from the operation of the Municipality, as well as the reduction of its environmental footprint, economic development and prosperity of citizens and businesses, as well as the implementation of actions to enhance the digital identity of the Municipality as a whole and create the necessary conditions for the integrated digital transformation of the Municipality. Within the framework of this contract, the procurement/development of the following will take place:

Bids are submitted separately for each section of this announcement. Submission of a bid for one or more sections is allowed. The maximum number of sections that can be assigned to a bidder is set at seven (7).

It concerns the procurement and installation of smart information systems for citizens concerning public transport and can simultaneously function as information stations for the public. Within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Lavreotiki, six (6) smart stops will be procured and installed.

The proposed system will ensure the safe passage of pedestrians and people with disabilities through automatic detection of pedestrians and automatic light signaling of the crossing where feasible. The proposed system is expected to be implemented at nine (9) crossings within the administrative boundaries of the Municipality of Lavreotiki.

This action concerns the development of a platform for monitoring and managing twenty-five (25) municipal vehicles. The system can be expanded to vehicles that will be added to the municipal fleet in the future.

The proposed system aims at interoperability and digitization of the operation of the service responsible for managing the municipal cemetery of Lavreotiki. The goal is to increase the effectiveness of this service and improve citizen service.

It concerns a central Unified System for timely warning of citizens - users (civil protection, fire department, police, etc.) for managing fire risks

The project concerns the digitization of the catalogs of the municipal library of LAVRA of the Municipality of Lavreotiki, as well as the creation of an application (web-mobile app) depicting the catalogs of the Municipal Library and supporting a book lending system for citizens.

This action concerns the development of a comprehensive platform for managing and collecting data for all the data of the modern city. The collection and analysis of the data will be conducted to extract knowledge for combined decision-making based on governance indicators. The platform will collect data and manage operations from individual “smart” applications and provide services to citizens, businesses, and municipal officials.
