The agreement mainly consists of the delivery of the parking system for the parking facilities of the municipality of Maashorst at the Bernhoven location and related services. The parking systems consist of Parking Management System (PMS) and Parking Equipment (PA).

The agreement regarding the delivery is entered into for the duration of the work, including a 1-year warranty. In addition, a multi-year maintenance agreement is concluded for the duration of 5 years.
