Repair, maintenance and associated services of vehicles and related equipment. The ADATS DT owns Qty 4 x Sets of CDK M1022_A1 type mobilisers to move Tactical Radar Display (TARDIS) Cabins which require upgrade and In - Service Support. The mobilisers are subject to UK Legislation: Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulation and to the Road Vehicle (Construction and Use) Regulations. The mobilisers lift the Cabins to enable transportation over land.

The requirements are:

Repairs Survey, Repairs to meet ADATS Mobiliser Safety Case requirements, service and upgrade to comply with Vehicles Construction and Use Regulations 1986 and the LOLER Regulations (this will entail vehicle approval from VOSA.

In - Service Support to enable Design Authority responsibilities for the mobilisers which includes (but not exhaustive): Technical Publications Management, Configuration Management, Obsolscence Management, Disposal Plan, Design Drawing updates and Training.

The mobilisers will require modififcation to have ABS breaking fitted.

Repairs/Upgrade to be completed in this F/Y.

The requirement will be 3 years with 4 one year options.

Suitably qualified companies are invited to submit Expressions of Interest to the ADATS DT and comply with the following criteria:

Quality Assurance Certificate to ISO 9001:2000 or equivalent.

A brief description of the company and previous experience in respect of the requirement, disclosing the names of organisations to which they have provides similar requirements.

Expressions of Interest are to be submitted by Friday 7.9.2012.

The Contract will be awarded on the most economically advantageous taking into accout Technical merit and overall value for money.
