The Heating Networks & Distributed Generation division of Hamburger Energiewerke GmbH intends to conclude a framework agreement for maintenance, fault clearance and repair, including material delivery of solar thermal systems, with an external contractor (AN).
The subject of this service description and at the same time part of the main performance obligation of the contractor towards the client (AG) is the independent, self-reliant and trouble-free provision of these services for the systems of the Heating Networks & Distributed Generation business unit.
