The metal construction course includes the following services:

- Metal doors and door elements with fire safety requirements
- Equipment of the doors (door closers, hold-open systems, ...)
The new building is a 4-storey school building with 8 classrooms, auditorium, kitchen, dining room, administrative rooms, ... . The building has a partial basement and has a 1-storey extension as a connection to the existing gym building. The new building is to be realized largely in precast concrete construction. The dimensions of the building are approximately 26 x 25 x 16 m. The basement is manufactured in in-situ concrete. Technical rooms and a connection to the existing tunnel are housed here. The outer walls on the ground floor as load-bearing concrete sandwich elements with exposed concrete surfaces inside and outside. In the area 1st to 3rd floor, the outer walls are planned as STB precast walls (exposed concrete surface inside) with rear-ventilated wooden façade. The interior walls are designed as load-bearing STB precast walls with exposed concrete surfaces. The ceilings and the flat roof as element ceiling slabs with in-situ concrete supplementation.
