The municipal company Krefeld AöR intends to carry out the renewal of the rainwater treatment plant Anrather Straße. For this purpose, a suitable planning office/an association of several offices is sought, which provides the necessary planning services.

The rainwater treatment plant Anrather Straße is located in the south of the Krefeld city area, west of the district Fischeln. The complex is located north of Anrather Straße and east of Höffgeshof (Anrather Straße 291).

The rainwater treatment plant was built in 1979 as an earth basin for rainwater infiltration with an upstream rain overflow basin. For the original design of the plant, an approx. 40 ha large, mainly agricultural area was used.

The catchment area connected to the existing treatment plant has expanded considerably since the construction of the plant (to about 90 ha). In addition to the original areas, a large part of the Europark is now connected to Fichtenhain A and B. Furthermore, the use of the connected areas has changed. Today, the catchment area is mainly characterized by trade and logistics.

Due to the enlarged and changed catchment area, the existing system for rainwater infiltration is too small and the cleaning performance is no longer sufficient.

A holistic concept of precipitation water treatment and infiltration at the Anrather Straße site for the connected subnetwork is to be created. The planning and dimensioning of the rainwater treatment must be carried out in coordination with the lower water authority in view of the current state of the art. As part of the preliminary planning, it must be checked whether an upgrade of the plant would be possible.

In order to plan the construction process, it must be taken into account that the existing plant must be kept in operation during the construction phase.

Planning documents for the existing plant and a hydraulic calculation of the inflow network are provided.

The subject of this award is the commissioning of property planning services:

- Outdoor facilities (performance phases 1 to 9)

- Civil engineering structures (work phases 1 to 9) and specialist planning services for technical equipment (work phases 1 to 9):

- wastewater, water and gas plants

- heat supply systems

- Ventilation systems

- high voltage systems

- Telecommunication and information technology systems
