At the moment, SAP consultancy is purchased from various market parties. For the most part, renewal of the contracts is necessary.

The tender is divided into two lots, because GVB expects to better match the specializations of the market parties. The plots are defined on the basis of the SAP modules to be supported within the plot. An overview of modules per lot is included in the attached selection guide of this tender.

This tender concerns the contracting of a maximum of one Contractor per lot, whether or not supported by its subcontractors, who will provide all the necessary SAP expertise, with the exception of large-scale SAP projects, with an estimated financial value that exceeds the European procurement limit, are tendered separately.
