The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a contract for the provision of securities services for IRCEC. More specifically, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting the fund in its process of monitoring the management and conservation of its assets and, as such, the centralized administrative and accounting management of the various funds. Pursuant to Article L2193-3 of the Public Procurement Code, the ircec requires that the essential tasks of the contract be carried out directly by the holder without subcontracting (essential tasks: keeping accounts and custody of ircec assets, Custodian-Custodian and accounting manager of ircec's dedicated funds)
