Description:

The bidder must develop and implement qualification offers for the target group of socio-pedagogical specialists of all fields of child and youth welfare services for media education with children, adolescents, young adults and families with different socio-economic and cultural backgrounds. The aim of the measures is to offer further training opportunities for socio-educational specialists from all areas of child and youth welfare, divided into 2 lots. In doing so, they should gain competence in terms of digital media (ICT), innovative forms of learning, the implementation of didactic concepts and subject-specific teaching methods for their pedagogical practice, and at the same time increase the attractiveness of their jobs.


Early childhood education

Lot 1 includes vocational training for social education professionals in day nurseries, day care centers and family centers.

Additionally: Participation of the AN in the conception and execution of the Berlin-wide annual symposium "Media Competence Connects". Conceptual design and implementation of at least 2 half-day workshops / technical discussions per year for up to 20 TLNs; Target group: These half-day workshops / expert discussions should aim to provide inter-institutional and inter-professional services for socio-educational professionals and honorary staff (educators and social pedagogues) of free and public sponsors from all fields of child and youth welfare.


Youth Media Education

Lot 2 includes continuing vocational training for social education professionals in youth leisure centers, student clubs, youth associations, youth education centers, outpatient and (in) stationary educational facilities, outpatient facilities for young offenders, community accommodation, street social work; District Libraries, Youth Art Schools, Gardening Schools, Youth Transport Schools, Non-Teaching Educational Staff in Schools (School Social Workers and Educators), Young Adult Education Center and the National Civic Education Center.
