This consultation took the form of an open formalised procedure.
The services are divided into 2 lots, each treated in a separate market:
lot 1: Maintenance of individual boiler installations and ventilation system of residences located in the department of Yvelines (78)
lot 2: Maintenance of individual boiler installations and ventilation system of residences located in the department of Essonne (91)
this contract is a mixed contract treated mainly at a global and flat-rate price for annual maintenance services and on an ancillary basis, in the form of a single-awarding framework agreement which is executed by issuing purchase orders, for one-off services not included in the flat-rate part (in particular major maintenance P3).
The purchase order part is processed without minimum and with a maximum over the overall duration of the contract of:
lot 1 : 8 000 000,00 EUR HT ;
lot 2 : 3 200 000,00 EUR HT
