CRUI will sign a Contract with the Successful Bidder with which the assignment of the Supply object of the Contract for a period of 36 months will be regulated. The contract will start from the date of signing the "Minutes of initiation of the execution of the contract" and in any case no later than 6 months from the date of stipulation.

All subjects with an active VMware partnership on the date of participation at the "Principal" level with at least three of the following "Master Service Compentency" are admitted to participate in the procedure

• MSC - DCV 2.O;

• MSC – NV;

• MSC – CMA;

• MSC – DW;

• MSC – VMConAWS;

• MSC – CNA;

• MSC – VCF;

• MSC - SD-WAN.

Failure to possess the requirement of technical-professional ability required for participation will result in exclusion from the tender procedure.
