General contractor services for the construction of a new sports hall
As part of the Berlin School Construction Offensive (BSO), the Pankow district office of Berlin is planning the conclusive new construction of a 2-field sports hall on the property "Grundschule am Wasserturm", Tino-Schwierzina-Straße 66, 13089 Berlin. The tender is based on the enclosed functional specifications, the execution planning, the specifications and the specifications, conditions of the building permit available since 18.11.2021.
The handover of the sports hall, including commissioning, is to take place turnkey 15 months after conclusion of the contract. With an announced start of construction in mid-July 2023, the planned completion date is 31.10.2024.
The inspection of the location is recommended, as the knowledge of the locations and the recognizable influences are relevant for calculation.
The new construction of the sports hall includes:
- the preparation of the subsoil of the construction site, land area: approx. 22,032 m2
(Basis of ground survey, grid field sampling of 12/2021 with explosive ordnance investigation)
- New building: GFA: 2,337 m2, BRI: 14,517 m3.
- Part of the hall: single-storey, functional wing: two-storey (ground floor, upper floor barrier-free)
- No basement
In addition to the above-mentioned construction work, the contractor shall provide the following other services:
- Work and assembly planning, creation of escape and rescue route plans
- Surveying services (measurement of the new building in the official site plan)
- Maintenance and adjustment services following commissioning for a period of 5 years
The preparation of the outdoor facilities, in particular access roads or necessary circumstances for the start of use of the sports hall are carried out by a company for landscaping and sports field construction. Performance is not part of this tender.
The bids are weighted, the evaluation matrix is attached to the award documents. If the eligibility criteria are not met and the award criteria are evaluated with less than 2 points, the exclusion will take place.
