The Montessori Förderkreis Rothenburg od T. e. V. plans to build a new Montessori elementary and middle school with after-school care in BA I and expansion of a single-field sports hall in BA II.
The primary school will have 4, the middle school 6 classes and the after-school care center 2 groups for a total of 213 students.
The property has a total size of 16,680 m² and is planned with ground floor, upper floor and flat roof with extensive roof greening including technical areas for kitchen ventilation. The external dimensions of the building are approximately 68 m (north-south) x 61 m (east-west) x 9 m (h), the gross gross floor area GFA (usually for EC/OG) is 3,590 m² and the gross gross gross volume BRI (normal) 15083 m³. The development takes place via the “Dinkelsbühler Straße” located south of the property.
The basic idea of the design is the connection of 3 building wings with a joint as the center. This forum serves as the heart of the school, which not only connects the 3 building parts, but also the floors with one another via an air space.
The load-bearing structure of the school building is designed as a reinforced concrete frame construction and is to be designed for an increase in all areas.
Overall, the new school is planned as a compact and very economical building. It brings together the currently separate Montessori branches - primary level in the Neusitz district and secondary level in the old town of Rothenburg under one roof.
The school is built on 2 floors, each with approximately 1,800 m².
The technical room is on the ground floor. The geothermal system is managed in these and transferred to the heating system.
The drilling field contains 36 probes, which are connected to 4 distributors with connection lines. Two distributors each are routed into the building via collecting lines.
The heat pumps have a system output of 200 kW.
A drilling has already been carried out for a TRT with simulation for dimensioning the probe field. This is connected to the system.
