The object of the contract is to:
The selective collection of the organic fraction of the municipal waste (hereinafter FORM) and the rest fraction, of all the household waste generated in the municipality of Parets del Vallès and arranged in areas of contribution on public roads in containers.
The execution of the different treatments of the street cleaning service specified in this technical specifications.
The transport of all collected waste to the treatment plants determined by the City Council of Parets del Vallès.
Periodic cleaning with mechanical means of the interior of waste collection containers.
Periodic cleaning with manual means of high pressure water delivery through the use of detergents and descaling agents from the outside of the containers.
The application of products and systems for the elimination of odors from containers located on public roads.
Municipal waste collection service and various treatments of the street cleaning service in the municipality of Parets del Vallès.The purpose of this lot is to regulate the contracting of the municipal waste collection service and various treatment of the street cleaning service in the municipality of Parets del Vallès; this service includes the collection of waste and street cleaning itself, as well as the contribution of all machinery, tools, cleaning products, accessories, consumables and consumables necessary for the integral and complete provision of the service, in accordance with the characteristics contained in the Technical Specifications (PPTP, hereinafter) of this tender.
Monitoring and quality control service of the municipal waste collection service and various treatments of the street cleaning service in the municipality of Parets del Vallès.This Lot 2 is responsible for contracting the Monitoring and Quality Control Service of the municipal waste collection service and various treatments of the street cleaning service in the municipality of Parets del Vallès that is to be contracted in Lot 1.
The service that is tendered consists of the supervision and evaluation of the provision and quality of the services offered by the company awarded Lot 1 within the framework of the contract for the collection of municipal waste and various treatments of the street cleaning service in the municipality of Parets del Vallès, which will be signed once Lot 1 has been awarded.
Throughout the contract, the successful tenderer must carry out the tasks defined in the technical specifications for monitoring and quality control of all the services provided for in Lot 1, as well as the confirmation of correct execution and at the required periodicity.
