Multifunction devices with ancillary services

The object of the procurement is the provision of multifunctional equipment services as a comprehensive service under the conditions defined in this invitation to tender and its annexes. The procurement includes multifunctional equipment to be delivered to different units of the City of Rovaniemi and related ancillary and additional services, such as maintenance, training, installation and maintenance services. The acquisition also covers the procurement of secure printing, print management, follow me, mobile printing solutions and related equipment and supplies, as well as equipment-related logistics.

A description of the subject matter of the contract is given in Annex 1 to the invitation to tender.

The absolute minimum requirements for the multifunction service package are set out in Annex 2 to the invitation to tender.

The City of Rovaniemi will put out to tender the multifunctional equipment and related services to be procured for the city's various units. The object of the procurement is the provision of multifunctional equipment services as a comprehensive service under the conditions defined in this invitation to tender and its annexes.

The procurement includes multifunctional equipment to be delivered to different units of the City of Rovaniemi and related ancillary and additional services, such as maintenance, training, installation and maintenance services. The acquisition also covers the procurement of secure printing, print management, follow me, mobile printing solutions and related equipment and supplies, as well as equipment-related logistics. The equipment offered must be new.

The City of Rovaniemi aims to introduce a new environment with multifunctional actuators based on the needs assessment by 15.12.2023.
