In the property of the General Olbricht-barracks in Leipzig, the additional need for 130 accommodation is to be met by means of a new building. This new building is to be built opposite the existing building 51 and fits into the historically existing and listed context in terms of urban planning as well as its external design and proportioning.

There is a preliminary planning for the building to be realized.

According to the preliminary planning, this is a 4-storey building that does not have a basement.

The object of the planned commission is building planning, service phases (LPH) 2 to 8 in accordance with § 33 ff. HOAI 2021 in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI 2021.

Initially, commission the services of service phases 3 and 4 in accordance with Appendix 10 to § 34 HOAI 2021, with the option of gradually commissioning further services in the following service phases 5 to 8.
