conception et production artistique de la manifestation Coeur de Ville en Lumières 2023

le présent marché concerne la conception et production artistique de la manifestation Coeur de Ville en

lumières 2023.

La procédure de passation utilisée est la procédure adaptée ouverte. Elle est soumise aux dispositions des

articles L. 2123-1 et R. 2123-1 3° du Code de la commande publique. Les prestations sont réparties en 7 lots.

L'exécution des prestations débute à compter de la date de notification du contrat.

La partie création s'étend de la notification jusqu'à la remise du film (début novembre) qui sera ensuite validée.

Pour la partie " spectacle, diffusion " s'étend de l'installation jusqu'à la dépose complète (remise en état des

lieux comprise).

Le démarrage de la manifestation aura lieu pour tous les lots du 13 novembre 2023 au 19 novembre 2023
