The subject matter of tender are the contracts regarding the preparatory works for the installation of two UPS equipment to INL, listed below and detailed in Schedule V attached to these standard specifications (from now on referred to as specifications’).
The works listed in Schedule V are the lots that the tender comprises. Tenderers may bid for one or more lots.
The three lots comprising this tender are as follows:
1) Civil construction works;
2) Electrical Installation;
3) HVAC.

This lot relates to the civil construction and finishing works related to the special installations for a placement of an UPS.
The contract includes all supplies, execution, and complementary works necessary for the good and complete execution of the work, even if not expressly mentioned. Unless otherwise specified in this specifications, or the quantities map, the works must include the cost of breaks, waste, over-consumption, cuts, overlaps, manufacturing tolerances, or any over-dimensioning of the execution and nature of the work.
