The contract is conducted according to an open tendering procedure as provided for in Article R. 2124-2 1 o of the Public Order Code. The form used for the performance of the contract is a single-attribution framework agreement with purchase orders with a minimum and a maximum, in accordance with Articles R. 2162-2 paragraph 2, R. 2162-4 1 o and R. 2162-6 of the Public Order Code:

— lot 1: minimum amount 400 000,00 EUR excl. VAT — maximum amount 2 000 000,00 EUR excl. VAT; — lot 2: minimum amount 150 000,00 EUR excl. VAT — maximum amount 1 000 000,00 EUR excl. This contract shall be concluded for a period of four years from the date of notification.
