On 17.11.2020, the Bavarian State Government adopted the Bavarian Bioeconomy Strategy Future.Bioeconomy.Bavaria and commissioned the ministries under the leadership of the Bavarian State Ministry of Economic Affairs, Regional Development and Energy (StMWi) with its implementation. With the Bavarian Bioeconomy Strategy, the economy based on fossil raw materials is to be continuously transformed into a future-oriented, sustainable economy based on biogenic raw materials.
With its fifty measures, the strategy is aimed at all actors: society, administration and politics, agriculture and forestry, business and science. The measure "Development of a Digital Portal on the Bioeconomy" for actors and stakeholders is intended to promote the transfer of knowledge into practice and the establishment of new value cycles.
The Contractor shall technically implement and operate the Digital Portal. This also includes the creation of editorial content, community management and the implementation of marketing measures in order to make it known to the relevant actors and shareholders, especially in Bavaria and Germany, but also in the rest of the EU. The success of the Digital Portal is to be continuously evaluated and proposals for its further development are to be derived at the end of the contract period.
