Maintenance of green spaces and sports areas

The contract will be processed at a mixed price and form.- It will be processed at a global and fixed price for the following services:o The collection of rubbish of all kinds on lawns or spaces before any mowing or brush clearing operation. • The mowing itself according to the defined sites, the finishing with the wire if necessary, including the collection of green waste and its disposal in a suitable landfill or other regulatory destination at the convenience of the company. O Collection and evacuation of dead leaves on all lawns Clearing of brush from certain pre-defined sites, with collection of cutting waste and disposal in landfill if necessary. • Mowing of certain sites 2 times per year Maintenance of pre-defined beds (weeding, pruning, cutting down perennials/grasses, etc.) - In addition, the following services will give rise to the conclusion of a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders pursuant to articles R2162-4 to 6 and R2162-13 to 14 of the Public Procurement Code: o Various maintenance work (hedge trimming, trimming of various shrubs, weeding, lawn restoration, mulching and planting).The order amounts will be included within the following annual financial limits:- minimum: non- maximum: 150,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT)

O Maintenance of synthetic pitches (decompaction, decontamination) - in addition, the following services will give rise to the conclusion of a single-contractor framework agreement with purchase orders pursuant to articles R2162-4 to 6 and R2162-13 to 14 of the Public Procurement Code:o Various maintenance work in the off-season (phytosanitary treatment, flatness improvement, veneering, ground tracing, etc.). The order amounts will be included within the following annual financial limits:- minimum: without- maximum: 80,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT)
