General construction description:

In the course of the expansion of the all-day care, a two-storey, basement extension is being built in the south-western area of the property. The new building will be attached to the existing non-basement school building. The two buildings are not connected. The extension is barrier-free.

The technical rooms, a storage room and several sanitary facilities are located in the

Basement arranged. A storage room for the caretaker and a changing room for the staff are also planned.

On the ground floor there is a canteen area with cooking kitchen, two offices, a

Cleaning agent room and two further sanitary facilities provided. In addition, a multi-purpose room is planned, which can be connected to the dining room.

In addition to the two group rooms, the specialist room for

Art and an adjoining room Art is created. In addition, a library and a differentiation room are planned.

On the north side, two staircases are being built, which are accessible from the schoolyard. Barrier-free access to the floors takes place in the north-east staircase via an elevator system. The second escape and rescue route is also via this staircase, through a direct exit to the outside.

The existing toilet wing was demolished in advance.

The above-ground outer walls of the building are erected as solid walls as masonry walls. The outer walls of the basement are made of WU concrete.

The excavation pit is bounded by a watertight, simply anchored bored pile wall with overlapped bored piles. The bored pile diameter is Ø = 900 mm. In some areas, every second or fourth bored pile must be reinforced with 500(B) mild steel. The reinforced bored piles shall be manufactured in C25/30 and the unreinforced bored piles in C16/20. The bored piles shall be sunk with an overlap of 15 cm. The upper edges of the bored piles shall be placed approximately 1,2 m below GOK. Plug carriers must then be installed in the bored piles in conjunction with a wooden infill between the upper edge of the bored pile and GOK. The wood infill allows an easier dismantling of the connection in the near-surface area and if necessary. necessary subsequent cable entries. When planning the location of the weld, a retention dimension between the outer edge of the insulation of the new building and the planned outer edge of the shoring of 10 cm was provided for deviations of the bores from the drilling attachment point, deviations from the perpendicular and for the deformations of the weld. No workspace was provided. A suitable wooden structure is attached to the bored piles in the gap, on which the perimeter insulation of the basement outer walls is mounted. The wooden substructure acts as a lost formwork of the concrete walls of the basement.

The roof construction is planned as a flat roof with reinforced concrete ceilings with a slope insulation with a 3% gradient. In the area of the staircases and the elevator, aerated concrete ceilings are provided to facilitate dismantling in the event of a possible increase.

Dirty and rainwater (mixing system) are transferred to the existing

Sewage system connected to the property. In addition, a

Grease trap and a lifting system created in the schoolyard.

The work will be carried out during ongoing school operations
