these are regular transports of children and accompanying adults for activities during school and extracurricular periods. This lot is concluded according to the technique of the framework agreement and, all its contractual stipulations being fixed, it will be executed on purchase orders. The Framework Agreement is concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 75,000 euro(s) (excl. VAT). The prices applied to the quantities are those defined in the Unit Price Schedule

these are occasional transport of children with their companions for educational outings or end of the year on school time and then for activities related to the reception of leisure of the municipality. It is also a question of ensuring the transport of adults for various punctual outings. This lot is concluded according to the technique of the framework agreement but, since all its contractual stipulations are not fixed, it will give rise to the conclusion of contracts subséquents.il is concluded with 3 economic operators provided that it has a sufficient number of regular tenders. Otherwise, the buyer reserves the right to conclude the framework agreement with 2 economic operators. As and when the need arises, the holders of the framework agreement will be put back into competition.the framework agreement is passed without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount of 38,000 euro(s) (excl.
