The purpose of this consultation is to carry out painting, wall coverings and floor coverings on behalf of the Musée du quai Branly - Jacques Chirac. The technical characteristics and specific procedures for the performance of the services are detailed in the CCAP and the CCTP as well as in the BPU of the framework agreement

The purpose of this consultation is to provide painting, wall coverings and floor coverings on behalf of the Musée du quai Branly - Jacques Chirac.The Framework Agreement is concluded on a unit price basis only, the prices of which are derived from the unit price list (BPU) presented in Annex 1 to the deed of commitment, the schedule of discount coefficients applicable to catalogues set out in Annex 2 to the instrument of commitment and the electronic catalogue(s) of the holder's suppliers. The framework agreement is concluded with no minimum amount but with a maximum amount, over the total duration of the framework agreement (including renewals) set at 600,000.00 euro(s) (excluding VAT). The Framework Agreement will be executed by purchase orders and subsequent contracts pursuant to Article R2162-3 of the Public Procurement Code in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in CCAP No. 00367 mentioned above. The framework agreement is multi-awardee and will be concluded with a maximum of four (4) candidates with the highest overall scores
