The subject of the order are construction works at the facility located at ul. Księży Młyn 13/15 in Łódź.

The subject of the order are construction works at the facility located at ul. Księży Młyn 13/15 in Łódź.
Scope of work:
1. Demolition of temporary fences (at the gymnasium building and west side of the plot)
2. Demolition of the temporary pavement (next to the gym building)
3. Demolition of the asphalt field
4. Performing the plot fencing on the west side with the gate and the gate - in the offer the value of the works for this item should be included in the total value of the offer and additionally shown as a separate information.
5. Making pavements on the foundation of concrete cubes with sprinkles imitating granite gr. 6 cm on two types of foundation (the area along the main building and the entrance to the gymnasium building, the whole with a cube, 57 cm thick, and the rest with the cube 35 cm thick)
6. Implementation of gravel substrate on the foundation
7. Implementation of the access road on the foundation for parking spaces. From the concrete cube, hexagon shape. 8 cm
8. Construction of car park on the foundation of an openwork concrete cube shape hexagon gr. 8 cm
9. Construction of a basketball court on the foundation with a polyurethane surface, flexible, without a joint-permeable water-permeable gr. 3.5 cm
10. Delivery and assembly of support structure, basketball boards and baskets
11. Delivery and assembly on posts with 5 m of ballpoint netting on the side of the car park
12. Implementation of lawns
13. Execution of the local stairs along with the substructure (entrance to the gymnasium building, entrance between the 3rd and 4th towers and at the back of the gymnasium)
14. Implementation of a ramp for the disabled with the foundation in the area of stairs
15. Construction of the retaining wall in the area of entry to the gymnasium building
16. Construction of a garbage located in the area of the car park
17. Delivery of containers to the trash - 5 items
18. Execution of field balustrades in the area of stairs, retaining wall, driveway for the disabled (type to be agreed with the ordering party)
19. Delivery and assembly of bollards at parking places - 12 items
20. Delivery and assembly of large benches - 5 items
21. Delivery and assembly of medium benches - 12 items
22. Delivery and assembly of small benches - 5 items
23. Delivery and assembly of garbage bins - 19 items
24. Delivery and assembly of bicycle racks - 9 items
25. Lighting of the area
26. Making a fountain with complete water, sewage and electrical installations
27. Execution of power and control of the fountain pump
28. Teletechnical sewage system with two wells
29. Execution of a storage reservoir with connection to a rainwater drainage system
30. Implementation of linear drainage with connection to rainwater drainage around the fountain
31. Implementation of linear drainage in a fountain with connection to the fountain equalizing reservoir
32. Execution of street inlets for the drainage of pavements, parking lots and roads
33. Execution of a complete sprinkler system for watering lawns
The detailed scope of works is contained in the original design documentation prepared by Kontrapunkt V-Projekt and the replacement documentation (developed by Agnieszka Szal Architektura) changing some of the solutions from the original documentation.
To clarify the scope and visualization of changes in relation to the original documentation, additional descriptions, drawings and installation diagrams have been attached to the description of the subject of the order.
When valuing works, account should be taken of the existing condition of the area being the subject of the order, for this purpose the Employer encourages to take a vision of the local object. The local vision is not obligatory.
