The acquisition will be subject to application development and professional services related to the ABOTT system for Oy Abbot AB. The acquisition is divided into two (2) subdivisions:

Subdivision 1: Development of Information Management and Reporting Solutions and Subdivision 2: Abbot Information System Development Services.

Subdivision 1 knowledge in the development of management and analytics solutions is subject to solution-specific technology expertise, adequate knowledge of the Abbot system, and SAFE competence and agile methods. Subdivision services consist of predictive analytics solutions and the needs of management with knowledge of the wellness area.

Reporting Services: Reporting solutions implemented with Epic Cogito tools.

Predictive Analytics Solutions: Evolution of Prediction Models, Information Architecture, Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence, Business Analyst.

Well-being Area Information Management Needs: Data Warehouse and Data Pool (Epic Tools), EPIC Database Competence, EPIC Data Architecture, Cloud Computing, Visual Analytics implemented with EPIC Tools, Data Science with EPIC Data Model, Business Analyst, Epic Cogito Competence.

Subscriber unbound and estimated workload is between 2,000 and 8,000 person working days. The main specialist works between 8am and 5pm on weekdays Mam—Fri. During the increased support for deployments, the subscriber may require a three-shift job from the provider's specialist.

Sufficient EPIC application development expertise is required in Subdivision 2 ABOTT information system development services.

The application developer participates in application development for the Abbot system as part of the rest of the application development team. Work consists of, among others, system definition, job design, configuration, error correction, testing, demos, counseling, and documentation. Typically, an application developer works beyond module limits and is in close contact with, among others, usability experts, architects, development managers, and other specialists.

Unbound and estimated amount of work for the subscriber during the contract period is between 10 and 40 years of person work (1) year of person employment = 220 person working days). The main specialist works between 8am and 5pm on weekdays Mam—Fri. During the increased support for deployments, the subscriber may require a three-shift job from the provider's specialist.

Knowledge in the development of management and analytics solutions is conditional on solution-specific technology expertise, adequate knowledge of the Abbot system, and SAFE competence and agile methods.

Subdivision services consist of predictive analytics solutions and the needs of management with knowledge of the wellness area.
