The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, as well as forest seed production and maintenance of the nursery farm, to be carried out in the Barycz Forest District in 2020.
