The Danish Property Agency wants to establish a dynamic purchasing system regarding the purchase of furniture and fixtures. The reason for this is that the Danish Property Agency continuously needs to purchase various types of furniture and furniture that are not already covered by agreements, including by state-binding agreements. The Danish Property Agency uses furniture and fixtures in connection with the general establishment operation, maintenance and for use in new buildings. The purpose of establishing the procurement system is thus to ensure that the Danish Property Agency can lift the tendering obligation for these purchases of furniture and fixtures. The purchasing system is divided into 8 categories, each of which is described in section II.2). See also section VI.3) "Further information".
The value indications, cf. points II.1.5) and II.2.6), represent an estimate of future consumption and are not binding. The estimate is subject to some uncertainty.
Category 1A - Fixtures and fittings - Purchases under DKK 100,000 - "Price"The Danish Property Agency will carry out mini-tenders among the admitted applicants for category 1A if it is a purchase within the scope of category 1A at an estimated value below DKK 100,000, and that the Danish Property Agency assesses that the purchase should be awarded on the basis of the award criterion "Price".
The scope of the dynamic purchasing system as a whole is defined as follows: The scope constitutes the purchase of furniture and fixtures interpreted in the broadest possible manner and limited only by what is reasonably considered to be covered by the CPV codes for the category set out in this contract notice. "Purchase of furniture and fixtures" means both the purchase of new and used products as well as products for indoor and outdoor use as well as standard and custom-adapted furniture and fixtures. The purchases may also specifically concern the purchase of furniture and fixtures produced from sustainable materials or through sustainable manufacturing methods. The scope also covers spare parts, service, repair, installation and similar ancillary services or services that generally relate to furniture and fixtures. Services related to the purchase of furniture and fixtures could be, for example:
• Purchase of craft services that are part of assembly or the like. This includes, for example, carpentry in connection with the installation of furniture, plumbing work or electrical work in connection with connection of electricity to or in connection with furniture, e.g. access to electricity and grid in auditorium furniture
• Advice regarding, for example, the purchase of furniture and fixtures, specification of requirements, identification of needs, interior design proposals, advice regarding the choice of working environment chairs and individual adaptation, etc. Advice can be purchased separately or integrated with the purchase of goods.
Category 1A may, for example, include the types of furniture and fixtures that follow from point 2.3 of the tender specifications.
A maximum of 100 CPV codes can be specified under section II.2.1) for supplementary CPV codes, so that all of the underlying codes of the following CPV codes are not listed under section II.2.1) but still apply:
