Project management mission for the restructuring of the Kléber college in Haguenau including basic mission: APS, APD, PRO, ACT, EXE, DET, AOR and complementary missions DIA + CSSI.
The operation consists of restructuring the entire Kléber College site in Haguenau, including the housing and workshop building in order to meet the various regulations in force (ADAP, fire safety, etc.) and to offer efficient premises on the energy plan.
The existing buildings dating back to 1973 no longer meet the regulations in force and are obsolete. The lack of airtightness and ventilation are at the origin of major discomfort or disorders. The buildings are not insulated thermally, which does not optimize operating expenses.
This restructuring project includes the following works:
- energy renovation of all buildings with the objective of achieving the BBC level: external insulation on the facade and on the roof, replacement of the exterior joinery, installation of an air handling unit, replacement of the lighting, etc.,
- restoration of facades and acroteria,
- adaptation to standards with regard to fire safety,
- upgrading to accessibility standards in accordance with the standards required in public buildings: elevator, pathways, interior fittings, etc.,
- restructuring of certain premises of externat B.
The work will be done in occupied site. It will be a question of studying and proposing a phasing of the works allowing the continuity of the teaching.
Throughout the duration of the works, special care will be taken in the management of flows and the separation of construction sites.
The amount of work is estimated at EUR 5,450,000 (excluding taxes).
