The district of Segeberg plans to expand the "School on the Hasenstieg" development center in Norderstedt. The extension of the Förderzentrum "Schule am Hasenstieg" in Norderstedt includes the following rooms:

- 5 classrooms,

- 4 therapy rooms,

- 2 lounges,

- 2 offices,

- 3 storage rooms for therapeutic aids etc.,

- various rooms for sanitary facilities,

- 1 janitorial workshop and required technical rooms.

Connected to the existing stock, if necessary by demolition of existing building structure and restoration in the expansion area. Furthermore, redesign of the break area and establishment of additional 15-20 car parking spaces.

- Plot size: about 12 368 square meters,

- BGF available: approx. 3,654 square meters,

- BGF extension: approx. 1 650 sqm.

In this award procedure, planners with experience from similar measures are invited to participate in the competition in the Fachbild Fachplanung gem. HOAI Part 4, Section 1, § 51 Performance Chart Structural Design, Performance Phases 2-6. The commissioning will take place gradually. The client reserves the right to award only part of the basic services from the aforementioned service images

The following procedure is carried out:

In phase 1, potential applicants are invited to participate and submit the application with the required supporting documents.

In phase 2, the requests to participate will be examined and the number of eligible candidates will be limited.

Phase 2 candidates will be invited separately for a negotiated procedure.

The allocation of planning services acc. HOAI is gradual.

The total building costs of KG 200 to 700 are estimated at approx. EUR 5 490 000 gross.
