The subject of the tender is
- advising / supporting the management of the project management department of the Asse division (ASE-VM) in the development, implementation and operation of a multi-project management system MPM/PM and
- the management / controlling of the external contractor for MPM/PM in the "Project management major project decommissioning Asse".
The scope of services provided by the Contractor (Contractor) in the context of
- Consulting/support of project management (ASE-VM, ASE-PL) in the development, implementation and operation of a multi-project management system MPM/PM and
- Management / controlling of the external contractor for MPM/PM in the "Project management major project decommissioning Asse"
Specifically, they include:
• Advising / supporting the project management, in particular the project management department management (ASE-VM) and the project management (ASE-PL) in the design, implementation and implementation of an MPM/PM concept by:
- Coordination of the design and implementation of the MPM/PM system
- Creation of concrete samples and instructions for selected
MPM/PM processes according to specific requirements
- Coaching of the project team in the implementation and operation of the MPM/PM system
- Organizational development and integration of the large-scale project into the BGE company
• Technical management of the MPM assignment (services, call-offs, progress, billing, supplements,) by:
- Controlling of the essential provisions of the framework agreement
- Coordination of services in detail (contractual basis)
- Controlling of the project execution plan PAP (basic schedule for the provision of services (contractual basis))
- Controlling of the personnel deployment plan PEP (contract basis)
- Preparation and controlling of service call-offs
- Controlling of proof of activity
The objective of the management and controlling of the contractor MPM is to:
to secure the services to be provided in the MPM/PM in accordance with the contract, successfully and professionally.
