The assignment includes a service agreement for the consultancy in the cleanroom projects of the hospitals of AZ Sint-Elisabeth Zottegem and Az Glorieux Ronse (together ZORG) and the hospitals of AZ Groeninge Kortrijk, Sint-Jozefskliniek Izegem and OLV Lourdes hospital Waregem. The ultimate goal of this service is to correctly guide the hospitals in the design and set-up of the operation of 2 PICS-compliant, operational cleanrooms that produce efficiently for several hospitals, taking into account the optimal care processes on the services involved (excluding the effective construction of the cleanroom).

The contracting authority wishes to appoint a supplier who can support and advise the hospitals in the entire hospital-wide process – "end-to-end" from prescribing to administration – in order to achieve an efficient and economical process.
