The subject of the contract is the purchase of computer hardware in the form of laptops with software in the number of 345 pieces.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery to the seat of the Municipal Office in Wołów of computer equipment in the form of laptops in the number of 345 pieces.

2. A detailed description, scope and size of the subject of the contract is included in the technical specification constituting Annex 6 to the SWZ.

3. The other conditions for the execution of the contract are specified in the model contract constituting Annex 9 to the SWZ.

4. Place of delivery: municipal office building in Wołów, Rynek 34, 56-100 Wołów. The scope of the contract also includes bringing items to a room indicated by an authorized person.

5. The subject of the contract is the supply of computer equipment as part of the implementation of the "Digital Municipality" project financed under the Operational Programme Digital Poland for the years 2014 – 2020 Priority Axis V Digital development of local government units and strengthening digital resilience to REACT-EU threats action 5.1 Digital development of local government units and strengthening digital resilience to threats regarding the implementation of the grant project "Support for children from pegeer families in digital development – PPGR grants"

6. Each tablet must be marked with a sticker constituting Annex 10 to the SWZ.

The sticker (in color) should be permanently placed in the lower left corner of the laptop case. The sticker must have minimum dimensions: 6cm x 4 cm (text and logos must be clear and legible).
