This public contract is a supply contract for the purpose of supplying and delivering disposable sanitary pads and napkin dispensers for the implementation of the “menstrual insecurity” project, the objective of which is to make sanitary napkins available free of charge to the poorest people in the Province of Namur and the Province of Hainaut.

This contract consists of two lots:

• Lot 1: Disposable sanitary napkin supply

• Lot 2: Towel dispensers supply
