The client intends to build a residential complex without underground parking and the construction of outdoor facilities on the Mockauer Straße 118 property in Leipzig.

In the dialogue phase, the client develops concepts and solutions with the selected applicants that enable them to formulate a functional description of the expected performance.

In the quotation phase, all services required for planning, building approval and turnkey construction of the building, outdoor facilities and the development of the housing project are to be calculated and offered.

The property, consisting of parcel 1369 and a partial area of parcel 1368, has a total size of approx. 4 100 m 2 and can be built up under planning law according to § 34 BauGB.

The aim is to build seniors' appropriate housing development on the site with accompanying trade. For this purpose, it is intended to plan and build the apartments exclusively as barrier-free and wheelchair-friendly senior citizens apartments with a size of approximately 45 m 2 (1.5 rooms) and about 60 m 2 (2 rooms) on the upper floors.
