The subject of the contract is the supply of computers, cash register equipment, VR and AR devices, disk array and Zone Sound System and Multimedia System along with the assembly and commissioning of the Systems divided into the following four parts:

Part 1 – Computers and peripherals

Part 2 – Virtual and augmented reality devices (VR and AR) with accessories

Part 3 – Disk Array

Part 4 – Zone Sound System and Multimedia System with assembly and commissioning for the CKiNi building in "EC1 Łódź City of Culture" in Łódź

1) Part 1 – Computers and peripherals:

Equipping cash desks with computers, fiscal printers, code readers and accessories and delivery of desktops, laptops, monitors, printers (A3 and A4), tablet and DECT phones.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including a description of the qualitative requirements relating to at least the main components consisting of the subject of the contract and the scope of implementation and receipt shall specify:

a) Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) for part 1 – Annex 1a to the SWZ and

b) Draft Provisions of the Agreement (PPU) for part 1 – Annex 2a to the SWZ.

2) Part 2 – Virtual and augmented reality devices (VR and AR) with accessories:

Delivery of glasses for virtual reality (VR) and augmented reality (AR) along with computers and accessories.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including a description of the qualitative requirements relating to at least the main components consisting of the subject of the contract and the scope of implementation and receipt shall specify:

a) Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) for part 2 – Annex 1b to the SWZ and

b) Draft Provisions of the Agreement (PPU) for part 2 – Annex 2b to the SWZ.

3) Part 3 – Disk Array:

Delivery of disk array for data storage

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including a description of the qualitative requirements relating to at least the main components consisting of the subject of the contract and the scope of implementation and receipt shall specify:

a) Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) for part 3 – Annex 1c to the SWZ and

b) Draft Provisions of the Agreement (PPU) for part 3 – Annex 2c to the SWZ.

4) Part 4 – Zone Sound System and Multimedia System with assembly and commissioning for the CKiNi building in "EC1 Łódź City of Culture" in Łódź:

Delivery, installation, commissioning and arrangement of the Zone Sound System and the Multimedia System in the building of the Comics and Interactive Narration Center.

The Contractor will be responsible for the wiring, connections necessary for the operation of the systems, delivery and installation of equipment, configuration and tuning of the Speaker System, configuration of the DANTE network and commissioning of the Control System.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract, including a description of the qualitative requirements relating to at least the main components consisting of the subject of the contract and the scope of implementation and receipt shall specify:

a) Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) for part 4 – Annex 1d to the SWZ and

b) Draft Provisions of the Agreement (PPU) for part 4 – Annex 2d to the SWZ.
