The Norwegian Coastal Administration in Horten needs a framework agreement for electrician services for daily operations, projects and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure. The Norwegian Coastal Administration is a stand-by organisation. A 24 hour traffic control centre and a computer centre with 24/7/365 operations of both national and international 24/7 systems are in the premises in Horten. The service provider that the Norwegian Coastal Administration enters into a contract with must be able to assist with both general improvements and maintenance, but also special electro installations for the Norwegian Coastal Administration's computer centre with several accompanying 24/7 server room installations as well as 24/7 traffic monitoring systems.
