The purpose of this contract is the supply, implementation and maintenance of an IT solution for the management of construction operations of new housing, in direct project management (MOD), in improvement acquisition (AA) or in sale in future state completion (VEFA) mainly concerning the steps related to their delivery with the "façade, common areas and housing" until the end of the guarantee of perfect completion and the biennial guarantee.
