The target of the procurement is a device competence monitoring system solution implemented as a SaaS service, related integrations, delivery projects, maintenance and support services, and separately ordered technical expert services. Further development of the acquired solution can be purchased during the contract period. The procurement aims at off-the-shelf solutions that are already in production.

The object of the acquisition and its requirements are described in detail in this call for tender and its annexes.

The Client selects one (1) supplier with whom it enters into an agreement. The purchase agreement will only be used by Istekki Oy and only Istekki Oy and the selected Supplier will be parties to the resulting contract. For the sake of clarity, it is stated that Istekki Oy's customers are not parties or parties to this tendering process or the procurement contract made on the basis of it, nor will they otherwise join the procurement.

The procurement quantities specified in the invitation to tender are estimates only, and the Agreement does not constitute a quantity purchase obligation for the Contracting entity.

The aim of the system to be procured is to support the assurance, documentation and monitoring of competence related to medical devices and supplies in the wellbeing services counties. The system enhances risk-based competence management, reduces related manual work, facilitates workforce planning and improves patient safety.

The procurement includes at least two separate identical environments from the supplier: production and testing/training environment. Development is carried out in a separate environment of the supplier.

The contracting entity must have the possibility to carry out a usability assessment (see "Liite_Käytettävyysarviointi" and "Liite_Vaatimusmäärittely and factors affecting comparison" | tab "5. Usability assessment") to the system offered after the deadline for receipt of tenders. The Provider must provide the Customer with the necessary (test) IDs, 4 pcs.

The start date of the contract period is only an estimate.
