The contract is a non-exclusive Framework Agreement for supply of HDPE composite rig mat systems for use at onshore well sites in Europe to support drilling rig & ancillary equipment, provice spill containment, and/or construct temporary roads. Buyer's preferred outcome would be to award framework agreement(s) to Supplier(s) who are capable of delivering the required products. Call-offs against the Framework Agreement will be issued as and when required by Buyer to the Supplier(s) offering the most economically advantageous offer. Only when the terms laid down in the Framework Agreement are not complete enough for a particular call-off will Buyer hold a mini-competition with all the providers that have been awarded a framework agreement and are capable of meeting the particular need against the terms and conditions of the framework agreement.
