The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the care of green areas to perform the task entitled: Establishment of flower beds and care of flower beds, roundabouts, squares and islets in the city of Opole.

The list of objects is specified in Annex 1 and 2 to the model contract.

1) Appendix 1 – List of seasonal and perennial discounts,

2) Appendix 2 – List of roundabouts, squares and islets,

3) Appendix 1A – Price form,

4) Appendix 4 – Rules for the implementation of the contract,

5) Appendix 5 – Work schedule – establishment of flowerbeds and care of flower beds,

6) Appendix 6 – Work schedule – care of discounts on roundabouts, squares and islets and specification of the terms of the contract.
