The design for a town hall, where the citizen gets 1 central point of contact. All municipal administrative services are concentrated in one place, all social services of the OCMW are housed in it together with the service center with a multipurpose room. The infrastructure must also be able to accommodate cultural activities, up to around 150 seats. These are the foundations of the construction program. The restructuring of the site should strengthen the center of the village and provide a pleasant point of contact and experience in the center of Kalmthout, taking into account the spatial development of the area.
