Technical publications. Operational Support Programmes (OSP) comprises of Operational Support Vehicle Programme (OSVP), Operational Infrastructure Programme (OIP) and Protected Mobility Vehicle Programme (PMVP) areas. These currently sponsor circa 3 000 separate Army Equipment Support Publications (AESPs).

The requirement is for external assistance and technical support to create, amend, illustrate, and support where necessary, a number of AESPs and Equipment Publications. This is to be done in adherence to ‘Defence Technical Documentation Guidance’ and stakeholder approval. This will be for an array of Army Equipment managed by a number of Equipment Support Managers (ESMs) within OSP.
